Add 'After Last Hit' Metric to Material Scan Script

For VELO studies it is useful to easily have access to the "material after the last hit" in the eta-phi scans. This could be approximated from RadLen-RadLen_BeforeLastHit, but a separate metric is more correct and useful for automatic benchmarking scripts (LHCbPR)
