Changes needed to add gamma to the energy in Rec (CaloFuture/CaloFutureReco/src/CaloECorrection.cpp)

Once merged, this MR will be cherry-picked to v3r3-patches (!802 (merged)). The new condition values (to be merged later) are in lhcb-conddb/lhcb-conditions-database!191 (merged) . The corresponding change in Rec will be merged in 2025-patches first (Rec!4501 (merged)) and then ported to master with the regular merge.
