Holes in magnet basement after MUON

Two holes are added to the magnet basement after MUON. This accounts for the low energy background in MUON station 5.

Note: The cavern is not used in data taking, and is not yet in Simulation. It will be used for special simulations, e.g. Muon Low Energy Background, and produce the necessary parametrisation. and for Codex-beta/b
