Improve dump_volume_masses plugin

Improve the configurability of the dump_volume_masses plugin.

Allow the user to:

  • Increase the number of samples used when determining the mass of TGeoCompositeShape volumes
  • Enable debugging printout (currently limited to identification of TGeoCompositeShape volumes)
  • Print a help message with the usage options
