Adding gamma to energy (cherry-picked from !783)

Changes needed to add gamma to the energy in Rec (CaloFuture/CaloFutureReco/src/CaloECorrection.cpp)

The new condition values (to be merged once ready to deploy) are in lhcb-conddb/lhcb-conditions-database!191 (merged) .

Goes with LHCb!5265 (merged) and Rec!4501 (merged)
