Make Gauss aware of DataTypes like 2024.W45

The signal particle gun configuration needs to know the block it refers to, hence it is necessary to pass to Gauss the full 2024.WX.WY. On the other hand CondDB and DDDB only know DataType 2024.

The Gauss configurable has to be adapted to use the full value for Signal PGun and the strip down value to pass along to CondDB.
