Release of Gauss v55r2 for Sim10

This release will be based on Gauss v55r1 and introduce new functionality as well as pick up pending technical changes that will ease maintenance and ease the transition to Gauss-on-Gaussino

It is based on a new version of Gaudi v36r0 and LHCb v55r1. It requires a new release of Run2Support (see Run2Support#3 (closed))

It includes a new tagged version of EvtGen from HepForge R02-01-01

It includes new code to provide input for fast simulation training:

• !738 (merged) possibilities to specify z_max for storing with tilt and options to match Run3 configuration with neutron shield
• !746 (merged) saving extra information in GDML
• !750 (merged), !757 (merged) a new way of adding external planes at configuration time
• !747 (merged) an MCCollector to write out in different format 'particle' information at given planes
• !752 (merged) an ECAL collector

A new Calo fast simulation

• !633 (merged) fast calorimeter shower point library implementation, that includes !627 (closed)

Smearing of primary vertices in 4D

• !668 (merged) Updated of 4D Markov chain
• !665 (merged) Alternative generation of PV positions in 4D

New tests

• !674 (merged) Radiation and absorption length scans for LHCbPR for 2016 and upgrade

New generators and new versions:

• !729 (merged) EvtGen new R-01-01 and suppress external warning
• !749 (merged), !774 (merged) MadGraph for ME calculations for QEE (that includes !573 (closed) and !730 (merged))
• !736 (merged), !765 (merged) Startligh 313 and Rivet 3.14 with related updates in GenTune
