FindFastJet and FindYODA are not installed

I was trying to fix lb-dev for Gauss and I noticed that FindFastJet.cmake and FindYODA.cmake are not installed, but they are needed to be able to build a project generated with lb-dev. See lhcb-core/LbDevTools!208 (merged)
