Fixes for Gauss

  • fix spelling of Fortran language (#77 (closed))
  • add support for LCG_LAYER in main project

It's not perfect but it should allow to use lb-dev for Gauss.

Note that it still not work out of the box because Gauss is not installing FindFastJet.cmake and FindYODA.cmake, see lhcb/Gauss#86 (closed).
