Gencuts code for Bc_JpsiTauNu and background MC

Since the Bc generator BcVegPy does not support LoKi gencut tool, we write the code for charged final state counting. The cuts are: regardless of those prongs not in acceptance, the mu, pi, etc. tracks in acceptance must be more than the number we set in dkfile.
