configuration for run5 pr and qmt test

with lhcb-datapkg/PRConfig!368 (merged)

  • Using pp collisions as in Beam6500GeV-md100-2016-nu1.6.py for quick test, need something that makes sense for Run5 then.

  • Leave a comment on spill-over is not yet supported in the Gauss()/Gaussino() configurable
