Sim attributes correctly mapped to Muon filter volumes

The changes allow the Muon filter volumes to be correctly mapped to simulation attributes and therefore to apply the 500 MeV in the filters.

Back porting to Sim10 of !1053

Almost a factor two reduction in the average time has been measured when producing 500 minimum bias events with these changes.

The energy, time and occupancy distributions in the Muon system have been checked and are statistically in agreement with what obtained using what is presently in the library. The plot shows the occupancy distribution comparison before (blu) and after (red) this fix.
