sim11 new options files

following #146 (closed), we would like to add more option files and qmtest for sim11, goes with LHCb!5069 (merged) Run2Support!74 (merged)

  • DetDesc:

    • 2024, 2025, with the latest DDDB/SIMCOND tags

  • DD4HEP:

    • 2024, 2025, with the latest Detector version and LHCb Conditions tags
