Draft: Code implementation to account for new Calo geometries

Various modifications to account for new LHCb Upgrade Calo geometries.

In particular, we need to save hits information to get some comparisons with hybrid-MC simulations.

To work properly, it needs this: LHCb!4924 (closed)
