Fix pgun energy according to what set in Gauss().Beam, (LHCBGAUSS-1155)

Fix bug found in Sim09 that choice of energy for signal particle gun was never done.

The patch introduced in Sim08 and Sim08++ was never propagated to Sim09 :(
