[WIP] LHCBGAUSS-869: Use GigaGeo Rather than GaussGeo Until Fix Found in Gauss w G4r103

Add in options for GaussGeo - temporarily Gauss().UseGaussGeo set to 'False' whilst errors are being investigated.

This fix is needed only for lhcb-g4r103 release in which GaussGeo has been introduced. Plots are still produced when GaussGeo is used however the error:

GaussGeo                  ERROR GeoObject is invalid!
GaussGeo                  ERROR convertGeoObject() returned a failure status!

is thrown at regular intervals as such Gaussgeo has been temporarily turned off in favour of the former GigaGeo method until a fix has been found to remove this.
