WIP: Trivial fixes to the GDML export

Ben Couturier requested to merge fix_gdml_export into master

These are trivial workarounds to get the GDMLWriter to export GDML. The need to be used with the Geant4 fix_gdml_export branch to produce reloadable GDML.

This was tested by importing LHCb.gdml using the Geant4 load_gdml binary from the G01 example.
