Update resphoton algs

Adam Davis requested to merge update_resphoton_algs into WIP_bsiddi_merge
  • Update DelphesTuple with ResPhoton tuple for gamma comparisons
  • Update DelphesAlg with print statement for all particles after Delphes->processTask()
  • Update DelphesCaloProto with more print info
