Use correct B reference frame in EvtSLDiBaryonAmp: LHCBGAUSS-1584

In the new dibaryon semileptonic model BToDiBaryonlnupQCD:

there is a bug in defining the 4-momentum of the B parent decay in EvtSLDiBaryonAmp. This should use just the rest mass of the B, since all of the generated daughter particles are in the B rest frame, otherwise the amplitudes can't be calculated correctly by the accept/reject algorithm.

Requires a change from Sim09f to Sim09g
