Propagate code for Deuteron production from Sim09 to master

Port the code implementing Deuteron production from Sim09 as well as the pic for charge conjugate.

This correspond to merge requests !315 (merged) and !451 (merged) into Sim09, plus propagation of technical changes for CMake fixing of warning from Boost and fixing using of StatusCode and missing override.
