Only keep hard process for Electroweak and Top Events

@dmuller @olupton @wbarter @mvesteri A small change in Pythia8Production.cpp to check if the event corresponds to an electroweak (code 200-300) or top (code 600-700) event before we flag the hard process for keeping. The pythia codes are summarised here http://home.thep.lu.se/~torbjorn/pythia82html/ProcessSelection.html I've checked it works with a Z->mumu and ttbar sim file. Will remove the WIP when I've tested on a generic B->J/psiK file
