Remove very spammy warning message from ExtraParticlesInAcceptance

Minor change to ExtraParticlesInAcceptance to remove a warning message that potentially prints many times per event and slows down the generation.

This check is really performed in the wrong place, before any requirements that the signal particle must come from a b-hadron.
