Revert Pythia8 tuning to that of Sim09

The default settings for Pythia8 are reverted to those of Sim09.

The initially proposed setting for Sim10 are now available via a new options file called Pythia8_ColorRecon_Lambda0.py while the Lambda2 file has been renamed to explicitly refer to the Color Reconnection model.
