Add CALO position and energy correction from Z.Xu

Adam Davis requested to merge adavis_lamarr_add_position_and_energy_correction into WIP_Lamarr

In the context of the U2 Calo studies, @zexu studied the position and energy calibration. This has been added to Lamarr to more correctly describe the Calo data.
