WIP: LHCBGAUSS-874

Ryan Bernard Calladine requested to merge LHCBGAUSS-874 into Sim09

Adds options files to run the MuonHitChecker and MuonMultipleScatteringChecker tests in Gauss and a small script to actually run the tests.

Seems to be working locally but want to make sure this all seems fine. If everything is fine with this I am happy for it to be merged.
