Fix issue with gluons without end vertex

When we redo decays of Onia after fiddling with their masses, pythia8 does not run hadronisation again and thus some decays to gluons and quarks are left at parton level. The change is designed to force hadronisation.

To remember, this problem does not occur in Sim10 as there we are not massaging onia anymore.
