Update DDDB tags, needed for compatibility with DecFiles >= v31r5
New BC particles have been introduced in decay.dec in lhcb-datapkg/Gen/DecFiles!617 (merged) that has been released in DecFiles v31r5.
This is taken automatically by Gauss v54rX and so picked up in the nightlies as well, so all nightly tests are affected.
Productions are not affected because the version of DecFiles is fixed in the steps.
This will be merged as soon as all tags are available in DDDB, see issue lhcb-conddb/DDDB#8 (closed)
