[Futurev4] Make FindPhotos compatible with master

Rosen Matev requested to merge rmatev-FindPhotos into Futurev4

This is necessary to use LHCB layer 4/5, where an older version of Photos is used, in lhcb-gaussino.

Note that in principle FindPhotos++.cmake and others can be removed (in the Futurev3 branch) as they are already in Gaussino.

The analogous change in Gaussino is at Gaussino/Gaussino!21 (comment 4270839)
