Switch to LCG layer LHCB_7

Michal Kreps requested to merge lcg101_lhcb7 into master

This is to move to LCG101 layer LHCB_7. From the generators point of view, it is the same as LCG100 layer LHCB_6 except for Madgraph for which we have version 2.9.3.

Requires new release of MadGraphData, lhcb-datapkg/Gen/MadgraphData#8 (closed)
