Fix issue with access to PDFsets in Madgraph

Michal Kreps requested to merge madgraph_pdfsets into master

Workaround link to the location of PDF data in gridpack, which could be pointing to non-existing place. We remove it and link the correct dir right after unpacking gridpack.
