Activate sub-detectors in DD4hep tests

This MR adds the options necessary for the dd4hep geometry to be activated implicitly in all the tests whenever using dd4hep platform, this should go together with !870 (closed)

  • BCM / RMS
  • PLUME
  • VP
  • RICH
  • UT
  • FT
  • CALO
  • MUON
  • Magnet
