Avoid cutting on Xi-, Xi0 and Omega- daughters

Many cut tool avoid angular cut on daughters of Lambda and KS because they are long lived, but do not avoid daughters of Xi0, Xi- and Omega- despite that those are also long lived. This MR is fixing this across all tools.
