Add a temporary test for 2016 geometry

This adds a tempoarary test for 2016 geometry with some custom regex checks if hits are present or not for each sub-detector. Needed to solve Run2Support#10 (closed). Should be removed when gauss-config-2016-pythia8.qmt is available and can be compared with a reference file (cc: @admorris).
