Add BcVegPy support for sqrt(s)=13.6TeV

In BcVegPy code we have hardcoded selection of gridpack directory, which does not support running at sqrt(s)=13.6TeV. This makes necessary change to code. For proper function, it will need also update of BcVegPyData to add corresponding gridpacks, which I will do as soon as gridpacks are generated.
