LHCBGAUSS-1088: Generalise and simplify daughter ordering in EvtDDalitz

This is an updated merge request for simplifying the daughter particle ordering for the DDalitz model (from Michal Kreps). This replaces the previous merge request !95 (closed) which has been removed owing to git conflict issues with further code push changes.

These changes are also suitable for the master branch.
