Switch to the stock EMStandardOpt2 physics list

This MR switches LHCb G4 MSc and Calo tests to use EM standard Opt2 physics list shipped with Geant4.

@gcorti, @adavis, @dmuller, @kreps: just an FYI, these trivial changes should be enough to switch the two tests to use the stock emstandard option2 physics list. It should be applied only to lhcb-gauss-dev, I'll rebuild the slot and run the PR tests.

Why not lhcb-geant4-dev instead of lhcb-gauss-dev? But it does not really matter as long as we know...

G4Calo test is still running, but results for G4MSc are already available in LHCbPR (attached below), and they look absolutely identical to the ones posted previously in the JIRA ticket, which gives certain confidence we won't see any surprises once G4Calo is complete.
