Reduce retention of CharmHad D->KSKSh lines and added isolation variables

The D2KSKSH lines default setting have been changed according to what documented in this JIRA task. In addition, Isolation variables have been added to improve offline selection. Moore test log output.

Tagged as WIP since I could not test the isolation variables output. Please take a look at their definition and see whether they make sense. In the meanwhile I will save the output of the Moore test. Is there a way to check a single line to speedup the check?
