Remove some more references to L0 to suppress warnings.
Fix running the Hlt in non-split mode: this depended on some undefined ordering in the decoder DB, which was leading to mismatched TES locations for the Hlt1 SelReports.
Fixes for the Hlt2 muon reconstruction.
Calculate the GhostProb in Hlt2
