Reduce the rate of Hlt1 Dhh LTUNB lines
- Apply tighter pt cut at 800 MeV (was 600) on LTUNB D->hh lines, independent of detached lines used for alignment.
- Restrict lines above to L0 channels Photon, Electron, Hadron, Muon (were taking L0_DECISION_PHYSICS)
