Access geometry information at initialize

Calo monitoring histograms use the geometry to build 2D histograms that reproduce the ECAL plane, following the granularity of the different regions, see https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/LHCb/-/blob/master/CaloFuture/CaloFutureUtils/src/CaloFuture2Dview.cpp In order to fill profile histograms, one needs to book them during initialize, such that the geometry information has to be accessed at initialize. This is not possible through the usage of conditions.
A way to work around this restriction but that is safe enough should be defined.
