TurboConf: small adjustment for 2016/MC.

TurboConf.

  • make small adjustment for 2016/MC. It is needed for Bender. unlike some of MC-tuple-tools, Bender respects RootInTES setting, and therefore for 2016/MC setup ( MDST+RootInTES+Turbo) it looks for MC-data in '/Event/Turbo/MC' and two data-links in TES are needed for fix the issue.

This MR for 2018-patches and master branches. Probably it could have some sense to propagate it also for 2017-patches, but here I am not sure that it is necessary.
