WIP Remove useless sort of UTLite clusters during the creation

Basically the same observation @jvantilb did for FT

UT lite clusters seems to be created in order [ station 0; layer 0; station 0; layer 1; station 1; layer 0; station 1; layer 1 ]

I still let an assert

gain around ~18% for createUTLiteCluster according to callgrind
