Add Deuteron ProbNN definition

Adds ProbNNd definition to ProtoParticle extra info enums.

Note : This MR (and the ones to follow in Rec and Analysis) are to make available at the analysis level new MC15TuneV1 Deuteron networks. I am submitting this against 2018-patches just so it is available in future releases from this stack. However, they will have no impact on 2018 data taking as I am not proposing to enable the Deuteron networks by default. Users will have to manually activate them themselves, as required.

Please, can this MR also be pushed to master as well.
