Remove support for unpacking of stripping

Marco Cattaneo requested to merge addConversionDODMapper into hlt2011-patches

The unpacking of the stripping in the GaudiConf version ported hlt2011-patches was relying on DataOnDemandSvc features that were not yet implemented in Gaudi v22r5, which hlt2011-patches branch depends on. Support removed, if needed it should be implemented in another way.
