LoKi::Dicts::CutValOps : add few more overloads for `__switch__` method

LoKi::Dicts::CutValOps:

  • add few more overloads for __switch__ method.

It will allow @cvazquez to use FilterStream with something like switch ( 2 < SIZE , ALL , NONE )

This MR for run2-patches and master branches.
