Kernel/LHCbMath improve a bit issue with inheritance:

  • Kernel/LHCbMath Functions.h/cpp: improve a bit issue with inheritance:
    1. it allows to reduce the code in AnalysisPython
    2. it fixes the issue with the type eliding in PDFs

MR is prepared for run2-patches and master branches, but it will be nice to include it also for 2018-patches branch
