Fix persist reco checksum calculation for pairs

PackedRelatedInfoRelations contains a vector of pairs that happen to contain padding, which spoils the checksums. This fixes it.

This should fix the failing test in LHCbIntegrationTests.

To be propagated to run2-patches and master.
