WIP: Service to load DD4hep Compact XML geometry in LHCb

Service to load a DD4hep Compact XML geometry in LHCb. This is a prototype that:

  • keeps the geometry in the "compact" directory (obviously not the final location, to be worked on)
  • Uses the CODEX-b compact XML as featured in the DD4hep examples (as we do not want to lead the geometry from the DD4hep/DDDB package).
  • Uses DD4hep from the LCG Releases (we need the LCG dev4 nightly slot to run at the moment)

This is essentially a base for further developments
