LoKiCore Kinematics.h/.cpp

  • minor fix in deltaM2 function (better treatment of low-momenta)
  • add the variant of deltaM2 function with the forced assignment of the same mass

this MR is prepared for 2018-patches branch, but it will be nice to propagate it also for other branches, namely run2-patches and master branches
