WIP: Improving codes for genFSR

Improving codes for writing and merging genFSR in order to include all suggestions received for the "dfazzini-genfsr-jsonFormat" merge request.

In addition some typos are fixed in GenFSR.xml and GenCountersFSR.xml files.
